1. Who we are
Vital Supplements LLC ("Vital", "we", "us") is a California limited liability company that sells premium dietary supplements through health-vital.com and our mobile apps. When you buy from us or use our site, you ("you", "the customer") are entering into an agreement with Vital Supplements LLC.
2. Using our site
You may use health-vital.com to browse products, place orders, manage your subscription, sign up for our newsletter, and contact us. You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to compromise the site
- Use automated tools to place orders or submit form input
- Impersonate Vital or any of our team or service providers
- Upload malicious content, harassing messages, or spam
- Resell Vital products without written permission
We reserve the right to cancel orders, refuse service, or close accounts for anyone who violates these rules.
3. Products & dietary supplements disclaimer
Vital products are dietary supplements, not drugs. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Supplements are not a replacement for medical care. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before starting any new supplement. Don't take supplements to treat symptoms that should be evaluated by a physician.
4. Ordering & pricing
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time. Price changes never affect orders that have already been placed or subscriptions already locked in at a prior rate. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and cancel orders placed at a clearly incorrect price (with a full refund).
Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Shipping costs, if any, are disclosed before you pay.
5. Subscriptions
When you subscribe to a Vital product, we charge and ship on the schedule you chose (every 30 or 60 days by default). The billing date, next ship date, and cancellation link are visible in your account at all times.
You can pause, skip, reschedule, or cancel any subscription in one click from your account. We never require you to call, email, or chat to cancel. If you cancel, no further charges will be made. Canceling does not refund shipments that have already shipped — but those are covered by our 60-day guarantee (see Refunds).
6. 60-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with any Vital product for any reason, email hello@health-vital.com within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. You keep the bottle. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
7. Shipping & risk of loss
Vital ships from our California fulfillment partner. Orders are typically handed to the carrier within one business day. Once the carrier has your package, risk of loss transfers to you — but if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, email us and we'll send a replacement or refund. We'd rather eat the shipping cost than argue with you about it. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
8. Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure. We will never ask you for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without permission, email security@health-vital.com immediately.
9. Intellectual property
Everything on health-vital.com — the Vital logo, the gold V mark, product photography, 3D product renders, copy, the Vital Protocol™ and Dose Diary™ features, and the Dr. Vital columnist column — is owned by Vital Supplements LLC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission. You may share individual links to our content on social media.
10. User-submitted content
If you submit a review, testimonial, or message through our site, you grant Vital a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reference that content in our marketing. We will never alter a review to change its meaning. We do not pay for reviews and we do not suppress negative reviews.
11. Newsletter & marketing emails
If you subscribe to the Vital Weekly or Dr. Vital's Sunday column, we'll email you. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. We never share your email with other marketers.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vital Supplements LLC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our site or products. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a product is the amount you paid for that product.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including product liability, fraud, or willful misconduct.
13. Governing law & disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California. If you'd prefer to resolve a dispute informally first, please email legal@health-vital.com — we'd much rather fix the problem than litigate.
14. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll email account holders and post a banner on the homepage for 30 days before the new terms take effect. Minor clarifications are simply reflected in the "Effective" date above.
