The entire policy, in one paragraph
Email hello@health-vital.com within 60 days of your delivery date. Include your order number. We refund the full amount you paid (product + tax + shipping) to the original payment method within 5 business days. You don't need to ship the product back. We don't ask why. That's it.
1. Who this applies to
Every Vital customer, on every Vital product, whether you paid retail, subscribed, bought a bundle, or received a promo discount. One-time orders and subscription shipments are treated identically.
2. What you get back
- The full product price you paid
- Any sales tax you were charged
- Any shipping fees (free shipping orders have $0 shipping to refund, but we still refund the product)
- Credit goes back to the original payment method (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)
- Refunds post to your bank within 3–10 business days depending on your issuer — Stripe releases the refund from our side within 24 hours of your request
3. What you don't have to do
- You don't have to ship the product back. It's cheaper for everyone — including the environment — to let you keep it or give it to a friend.
- You don't have to call a phone number.
- You don't have to explain why.
- You don't have to pay a restocking fee.
- You don't have to talk to a "retention specialist" whose job is to talk you out of it.
4. How to request a refund
- Email hello@health-vital.com with "Refund" in the subject line.
- Include your order number (starts with V-, e.g. V-20260419-4821). It's in your order confirmation email.
- We confirm the refund within 1 business day and process it immediately.
If you have a Vital account, you can also request a refund from the Order History page — click the order, then Request Refund. Same result.
5. Damaged or lost shipments
If your package arrives broken or doesn't arrive at all, email us. We'll send a replacement at no cost — you don't have to wait out the carrier's claim process. (We handle that on our end.)
6. Subscriptions
The 60-day guarantee applies to each subscription shipment individually. If your third monthly bottle arrives and you decide Vital isn't for you, that bottle is eligible for a refund — even though the earlier two were not returned.
You can cancel your subscription in one click from your account at any time. Canceling takes effect immediately; no further charges will be made.
7. Bundles & stacks
Bundles are treated as a single purchase. If you don't like one product in a four-product bundle, we can either refund the prorated share of that one product or refund the entire bundle — your choice.
8. International orders
International orders are eligible for the same 60-day guarantee. Because of customs complications, we don't require international returns either — keep the bottle.
9. Repeat refunds
Our guarantee is for people who genuinely want to try Vital and decide it isn't right for them. If a single customer requests refunds on five or more separate orders, we reserve the right to stop offering refunds on future orders from that account. This is an extremely rare situation and we'd much rather just stop sending you supplements you don't want.
10. Why we're this generous
Because supplements only work if you take them consistently for 60–90 days, and no one will commit to that if they're afraid of getting stuck with a bottle they hate. Our guarantee removes the reason to hesitate. If the product works, you reorder. If it doesn't, we don't deserve your money. Either way, we learn which formulas to improve.
