Processing time
Orders placed before 1pm PT on a business day (Mon–Fri, excl. US federal holidays) are picked, packed, and handed to the carrier the same day. Orders placed after 1pm ship the next business day. We do not ship on weekends because our fulfillment partner is closed.
Tracking
The moment your label prints, you'll get an email with a tracking number. If you have a Vital account, tracking is also visible on your Order History page. If a package hasn't moved in 72 hours after the label was created, email hello@health-vital.com — we'll investigate with the carrier and ship a replacement if anything is wrong.
What's in the box
Your Vital supplements are sealed in amber glass or high-density PET bottles with tamper-evident caps and induction seals. Everything is shipped in a kraft paper mailer, not a plastic poly bag, and cushioned with recycled paper dunnage. Zero foam, zero bubble wrap, zero printed insert cards that get thrown away.
Customs & duties (international)
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, or customs fees imposed by your country. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We declare the actual value of the shipment on the customs form — we do not mark orders as "gift" or understate value.
Undeliverable or refused packages
If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete, the recipient refused it, or it was unclaimed at a pickup location, we'll email you. You can choose to have it re-shipped (any reshipping cost is on us the first time) or refunded.
Wrong address?
Email hello@health-vital.com within 2 hours of placing the order and we'll update it. After the label has printed, we may not be able to reroute it — in which case, we'll refund or reship as needed.
Free shipping threshold
Free US shipping kicks in at $50 per order. The cart dynamically shows how much you'd need to add to qualify. Every US subscription ships free regardless of order value — that's one of the reasons we price subscriptions 25% lower.
Carbon neutral delivery
Every Vital shipment is carbon-offset through our carrier partners (UPS Carbon Neutral / USPS Ground Advantage with offset purchase). We pay the offset cost — it's not tacked onto your order.
